I am an avid crafter and I loved this one day workshop to learn the basics of rug tufting! Felicia was a patient and kind instructor. The class was only 3 people so there was a lot of space to ask specific questions and get the guidance needed. Would highly recommend!
Felicia was extraordinary! I’ve been looking for a class that was more than just creating, but truly learning and I was so impressed with her ability to support with both of these aspects. I feel very prepared to start tufting on my own and her openness to help along the way is so valuable!

I took Felicia’s rug tufting workshop as a little bday gift to myself and I’m so glad I did! The space was inviting and bright, Felicia gives great instruction and has all the equipment and supplies on hand! It was really exciting to watch my work come to life and have a completed rug by the end of the session. I was so proud of my creation and my community was pretty impressed too! I had wanted to try tufting for a long time, and was great to learn from a local artist whose work I’ve already admired and appreciated. She offers so many resources after the fact took and is so genuinely interested in spreading the joy of her craft and helping others learn!
Felicia was very helpful and a great teacher. She made the process of learning how to tuft wonderful. Now I want to do more tufting. If you are wondering how to tuft, I highly recommend take a workshop with Felicia!!!
I am a craftaholic and have taken practically every type of craft class in PDX over the years and this was my absolute favorite! I couldn’t believe how accomplished I felt with the end product and my beautiful rug! Not only was Felicia so sweet and knowledgeable, I loved how small the class was and reasonably priced compared to other classes in PDX. She also offers classes that fit your schedule. I am hooked on tufting and have already bought supplies to continue,!
Felicia is a wonderful teacher, deftly imparting her deep knowledge of fiber and tufting with a wise and gentle touch. I couldn't believe how quickly I moved into confident use of her equipment to create my own custom rug. Highly, highly recommend!
felicia was such a great teacher for a first time tufter such as me! we were able to use our own designs for the class, but she helped us tweak things a bit for a better final result. the instruction was clear and her guidance and demonstrations were clear and concise throughout the many steps. the result of the class was a completed rug that i am proud to display and show off! i’ve taken classes before where you bring home something that is incomplete or kind of janky. this class is the perfect balance of challenge and fun. i hope you will enjoy it as much as i did!
Me and my husband went to Felicia’s workshop. She is the sweetest teacher! We had an amazing time and came home with two rugs! I was initially intimidated because I haven’t done anything like this before but Felicia explained it very well and the process is very forgiving. Anybody can do it! If you’re thinking about it definitely sign up! I strongly recommend!

My granddaughter is very artsy and learning how to sew. I bought this for her 13th birthday. She was very excited to receive it and I am hoping to see what she makes with it soon. Lovely packaging and arrived quickly.
I have just started my kit and am already loving it! The videos are so helpful with each technique and easy to follow along. There are plenty of materials to play around with. I am gifting the finished hoop to my mom and her favorite color is purple, so it will be perfect for her!
